Blood Pressure Log

Record your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings with the date and time. Track your trend on a chart, see readings outside the normal range flagged automatically, and export a tidy CSV or printable PDF to bring to your next doctor visit. Everything is stored only in your browser.

How It Works

Enter a reading using the form at the top. The date and time default to right now, so a typical entry is just three numbers and a click. Each reading is added to the table and to the trend chart, and its category is worked out automatically from the systolic and diastolic values.

Blood Pressure Categories

Readings are classified using the American Heart Association ranges. A reading is placed in the more serious category when the systolic and diastolic numbers fall into different bands.

• Low — below 90 / 60 mmHg.
• Normal — under 120 and under 80.
• Elevated — 120–129 and under 80.
• Stage 1 — 130–139 or 80–89.
• Stage 2 — 140+ or 90+.
• Crisis — 180+ or 120+; seek medical help.

Any reading outside the Normal band is flagged in the table and counted in the "Out of Range" total, so an unusual day is easy to spot at a glance.

Chart & Trends

The chart plots your most recent readings, with systolic in red and diastolic in blue over shaded reference bands. A rising or falling line over several weeks is often more useful to a doctor than any single reading.

Exporting for Doctor Visits

Use Export CSV to download a spreadsheet-compatible file that opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. Use Export PDF to open a clean, printable report of your full log; in the print dialog choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. Both include every reading with its category.

Privacy

All readings are saved only in your browser's localStorage under the key utils_blood_pressure_log. Nothing is ever sent to a server. Clearing your browser data, or clicking Clear All, removes the log permanently, so keep an exported copy if you need a backup.
